A vibrant corridor of open space is about to become new parkland connecting Farmers Lane with Spring Lake. A dream years in the making, this property will be acquired by the City of Santa Rosa and formal planning can begin.

This 2.2 mile stretch of meadow and oak woodlands will need a master plan that designates paths for cyclists and pedestrians, habitat development and restoration, new opportunities for outdoor play and recreation, picnic areas, community gardens and more. Public input will be essential to this process.
